• State MI driver's license upon hire; CHEST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and adjusts work schedules and coordinates employee tasks.
• Performs quality assurance inspections and provides feedback.
• Trains Environmental Services staff according to department standards.
• Collaborates across teams to ensure continuity and coordination of services.
• Cleans, maintains, and stores equipment; ensures vehicle readiness for routes; reports needed repairs.
• Supports daily operations and may cover across sites as needed.
