Job summary

Eskenazi Health is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to supervise and coordinate cleaning, infection control and EVS operations at the Indianapolis hospital and outpatient sites. The role emphasizes leadership, training and budget adherence.

The manager will liaise with Infection Control, supervise staff, manage contractor relationships and ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or organizational leadership or equivalent
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible environmental services management experience
• Indiana Driver's License required for local travel

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs environmental services staff and operations.
• Coordinates with Infection Control and EVS leadership to maintain standards.
• Trains, schedules and mentors supervisors and frontline staff.
