You will direct daily operations, hire and onboard staff, train on sanitation methods, manage inventory, and enforce hazardous waste procedures to keep patients and staff safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Specialized certifications in healthcare housekeeping or facility management may be required.
• At least two years in environmental services within healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings.
• Strong knowledge of Infection Control, OSHA compliance, and hazardous waste handling.

Responsabilités

• Directs daily operations across the facility to maintain cleanliness and infection-control standards.
• Manages team performance, schedules shifts, and ensures consistent execution of cleaning and floor care.
• Leads talent lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, and training staff on sanitation and safety methods.
• Ensures safety compliance with OSHA standards and hazardous waste procedures.
• Drives quality through inspections and quality Assurance checks.
• Oversees inventory management and equipment maintenance.
