Endeavor Health is seeking an Environmental Services HUB Coordinator in Warrenville, IL to work evenings (2pm–10:30pm) in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will respond to calls, track tasks, and coordinate with EVS teams to optimize patient flow and minimize disruptions.

The role involves overseeing the EPIC EVS bed board, managing ServiceNow work orders, and supporting event logistics. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with prior hospital experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to understand written and verbal instructions.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Respond to calls and track inbound calls and task completion.
• Coordinate with EVS hub and hospital EVS team to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee EPIC EVS bed board module across locations and coordinate bed flow and room placement.
• Manage ServiceNow work orders and log updates for timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate event logistics and dispatch staff as needed.
• Support EVS hub policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Provide relief support for Training Coordinator and Administrative Assistant when staffing is low.
