Job summary

Endeavor Health operates a comprehensive EVS hub in Warrenville, IL, seeking an Environmental Services HUB Coordinator. This full-time role involves evenings, with 2pm–10:30pm shifts, handling calls, tasks, and coordination across EVS teams to optimize patient flow and reduce disruptions.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, hospital experience preferred, and strong communication and organizational skills to support department efficiency and service delivery.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospital setting preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to calls and track inbound requests.
• Coordinate with EVS hub and hospital EVS team to minimize disruptions.
• Oversee EPIC EVS bed board module across locations and shifts.
• Manage service requests and ensure timely task completion.
