Campus Services Group is seeking a School District Manager to oversee custodial operations across multiple accounts in New York. You will travel between accounts, ensure compliance with regulations, and lead custodial and laundry teams to uphold safety and service excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, and the ability to train staff while maintaining accurate records. The position is full-time with flexible hours and extensive travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of multi-site supervision experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; budget and account growth experience.

In this role, you’ll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area, ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to support our teams in delivering excellent service, while also maintaining accurate records and managing budgets. Pay Rate

USD $85,000.00 - USD $105,000.00 /Yr.

• Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.
• Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.
• Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.
• Review reports, approve payroll, manage corrective actions, and assist with open enrollment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of multi-site experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments, with supervisory experience.
• Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.
• Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.
• Proven success in P&L and budget management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.
• Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.Must be able to work around cleaning products.Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.
• Valid driver's license.
