• Schedule staff according to Facility needs.
• Coordinate with all other departments and assist in resolving problems.
• Hold staff meetings and relay pertinent information to appropriate others.
• Ensure infection control and safety practices are followed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment at all times.
• Develop and supervise cleaning schedules for the building.
• Report repair needs and maximize safety for residents and staff.
• Comply with Medicare/Medicaid Fraud and Abuse Policy.
