Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform unskilled and semi-skilled routine manual labor in maintenance and repair of facilities, equipment and grounds under supervision.

Responsibilities include cleaning and polishing fixtures, hallways, restrooms, floors, and other areas, transporting trash, replenishing supplies, and assisting guests. Salary is $16.00 per hour; equal opportunity employer.

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, elevator buttons, and wall/building trim.
• Clean hallways, lounge areas, restrooms, elevators, stairways and locker rooms.
• Sweep and vacuums floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Transport trash to proper disposal areas.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Uses bio-hazard kits when appropriate.
• Assist Guests with questions or requests.
• Maintain open communication with Supervisors and Managers regarding Housekeeping and Guest Service issues.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with Team Members, Guests and Vendors.
• Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner.
