Job summary

Bally’s is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Colorado to perform unskilled and semi-skilled routine manual labor under supervision, following detailed instructions for procedures. The role emphasizes cleanliness, safety, and guest assistance in our facilities.

Responsibilities include cleaning, polishing, laundry-like upkeep, and assisting Guests while maintaining professional interactions with Supervisors, Managers, and Vendors. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, elevator buttons, and wall/building trim.
• Cleans hallways, lounge areas, restrooms, elevators, stairways and locker rooms.
• Sweeps and vacuums floors.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings and woodwork.
• Washes windows, door panels, and sills.
• Transports trash to proper disposal areas.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies.
• Uses bio-hazard kits when appropriate.
• Assists Guests with questions or requests.
• Maintains open communication with Supervisors and Managers.
• Maintains a positive and professional demeanor with Team Members, Guests and Vendors.
• Accepts performance feedback professionally.

The Maintenance Technician performs unskilled and/or semi-skilled routine manual labor in maintenance and repair of Black Hawk facilities, equipment and grounds. Under supervision, you will learn to perform assigned activities with detailed instructions as to specific procedures to be followed.

Responsibilities:

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, elevator buttons, and wall/building trim.
