Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services team member to maintain clean patient rooms and public areas, identify deficiencies, and ensure prompt corrective action.

Works closely with EVS and departments served to maintain a high level of cleanliness and patient satisfaction by identifying deficiencies, documenting findings and ensuring corrective action is taken promptly. Ensure rooms and public areas meet established quality standards. Promote a clean,
safe and welcoming environment for patients and team members. Support positive patient experiences through attention to details and performance improvement. Maintain high inspection accuracy and consistency. Must have knowledge of cleaning and disinfection standards of all
areas/departments. Communicates in a professional manner as they interact with patients, visitors and internal customers.

Job Qualifications:

• High school graduate or GED equivalent required
• A minimum of three years of healthcare or hotel experience
• Strong attention to details and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgements
• Basic computer and record keeping skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to demonstrate acceptable verbal and writing skills.
