Woods Cleaning Services LLC is seeking an dependable EVS Associate to be stationed at Riverside EpiCenter. The role focuses on keeping the facility safe, clean and welcoming for guests, associates and vendors.

Responsibilities include routine housekeeping, cleaning of restrooms, lobbies and meeting rooms, safe use of cleaning equipment, and adherence to cleaning schedules. Occasional ladder work may be required to access higher areas.

Qualifications

• Perform routine housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean facility.
• Ensure cleanliness in all assigned areas including restrooms, lobbies, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
• Safely use housekeeping equipment, materials, and supplies.
• Report or correct hazardous conditions immediately to ensure guest and staff safety.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and complete tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Ability to climb and work off a 4ft ladder when needed.
