Job summary

Franciscan Health Dyer Campus is seeking an EVS Associate I to maintain cleanliness of patient and public areas, restock supplies, and support linen services. You will follow department policies, report safety issues, and help ensure a safe, sanitary environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors with hospital equipment, sanitizing surfaces and equipment, disposing trash, and preparing rooms for next use.

Qualifications

• Preferred High School Diploma/GED.
• 1 year of related EVS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect floors using hospital-specific equipment.
• Clean and sanitize surfaces such as over-bed tables, counters, furniture, toilets, urinals, sinks, showers, walls, floors and mirrors.
• Clean and sanitize vertical surfaces such as walls, ceilings and windows.
• Ensure cleanliness of high dust surfaces such as picture frames, vents and doorframes.
• Inspect rooms for proper cleaning and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Remove trash and linen, clean receptacles and prepare for next use.
• Restock paper, hand sanitizer and hand soap supplies.
