Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) Assistant Manager at a long-term care facility in Elizabeth City, NC.

You will supervise the cleaning and sanitation staff to meet regulatory standards and deliver a clean, safe living environment for residents. You'll partner with the EVS Manager to oversee daily operations, train staff, maintain records, and ensure adherence to safety policies, PPE usage, and infection control measures.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Residency within the service area is required.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of the environmental services team to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding operational needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively through interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
