Healthcare Services Group, Inc. (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant Manager to lead the EVS team at a long-term care facility. You will oversee cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control initiatives to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role emphasizes staff coaching, operational planning, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations. Salary ranges from $21.00 to $23.00 per hour, with benefits available and opportunities for

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services or facilities management.
• Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping.
• COVID-19 vaccination policy compliance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Residency within the service area required.

• Oversee daily EVS operations and supervise staff.
