This role requires a high school diploma, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage schedules, training, and inventory. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and reside in the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management is desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise environmental services staff and operations to meet sanitation standards.
• Oversee daily EVS operations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate operational needs and feedback with staff and management.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage are followed.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG professionally in interactions with clients and residents.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
