Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is seeking an Environmental Services Assistant Manager to oversee cleaning and sanitation at a long-term care facility. You will supervise EVS staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive high standards of cleanliness and resident satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, training, and safe operations. Candidates should be reliable, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and reside within the service area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in environmental services or facilities management desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic record-keeping and reporting skills.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise environmental services staff and ensure cleanliness and sanitation per regulations.
• Assist EVS Manager in daily operations to uphold high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supply inventories.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate operational needs and feedback with staff and facility management.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE use are followed.
• Perform quality inspections and provide constructive feedback.
• Represent HCSG professionally in interactions with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
