Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management is desirable.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and report generation.
• Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise environmental services staff and oversee daily operations to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supplies/equipment inventory.
• Conduct training sessions on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies, including PPE usage.
• Perform quality inspections and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with supervisors, clients, residents, and guests.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
