Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management desired.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage and motivate a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise environmental services staff, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation standards meet regulations.
• Assist EVS Manager in daily operations to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and inventory.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and infection control.
• Communicate with staff, residents, and facility management regarding needs and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with PPE usage and safety policies.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent HCSG positively with supervisors, coworkers, clients, residents, and guests.
