Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in environmental services, housekeeping, or facilities management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reports.
• Must comply with COVID‑19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the EVS team to ensure high cleanliness standards.
• Maintain records of cleaning schedules, staff assignments, and supplies.
• Conduct training on cleaning techniques, safety, and infection control.
• Communicate operational needs with staff, residents, and management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies including PPE.
• Perform quality inspections and provide feedback.
• Represent HCSG positively in interactions with stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
