Qualifications

• Experience: 15+ years in executive operations, with a proven track record of managing multi-unit franchising or national disbursed field operations.
• Tech Acumen: Hands-on experience leading digital transformation, including AI adoption and ERP systems.
• Growth Mindset: Demonstrated ability to lead high-growth organizations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Business or Technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI Integration: Deploy AI-driven automation to accelerate franchise support, financial analysis and ticket resolution.
• Automated Revenue Cycle Management.
• Partnership based financial analysis: Be a strategic partner with field operations to provide pricing, sales trending and market based information to support revenue generation and franchise growth.
• Tech Optimization: Work with CIO to maximize new technologies and machine learning tools to optimize franchise and corporate workflows and lower overhead costs.
• Predictive Staffing: Utilize data analytics to improve internal staffing models, ensuring high efficiency without burning out teams.
• Revenue Collaboration: Partner with the Revenue Group to design and operationalize diverse, high-margin healthcare product lines.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Build a hyper-scalable shared services engine capable of supporting aggressive national franchise expansion.
• P&L Management: Drive bottom-line profitability by modernizing billing, payroll, and vendor systems across the network.
• Culture of Care: Lead with a mindfulness-first approach that balances high-performance metrics with our commitment to care and quality.
• Timely Support: Establish strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guarantee franchise owners receive rapid, high-quality assistance.
• Disbursed Field Operations: Standardize centralized support systems to empower highly distributed, decentralized franchise teams across the country.
