JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Private Banker for the Latin America Private Bank team based in Miami, FL. You will advise families from Paraguay, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay on wealth management, investments, credit and banking.

The role emphasizes building long‑term relationships with ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients, cross‑border coordination with internal specialists, and strict adherence to risk and regulatory controls. Spanish fluency and Series 7/66 licenses (or eligibility) are required.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience prospecting, acquiring and developing private banking/wealth management relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals and families in Latin America.
• Fluent Spanish (oral and written) required.
• Series 7 and 66 licenses required (unlicensed candidates may apply but must obtain within 90 days).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with clients by understanding needs, delivering tailored advice, and providing exceptional service.
• Acquire new assets and drive business results through new and existing clients.
• Advise on overall balance sheet, including investments, wealth planning, credit and banking needs.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise as needed.
• Connect clients across JP Morgan Chase & Co. lines of business.
• Ensure solutions align with clients' short-, medium-, and long-term goals.
• Adhere to risk, controls, and regulatory requirements.
