Qualifications

• Experience operating EVOL or similar machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and production systems.

Responsibilities

• Safety and Compliance: Correctly perform Lockout/Tagout procedures and review Hazard Analysis.
• Technical Skills: Read and use measuring instruments; enter orders into setup Console; mount printing plates and dies.
• Machine Setup and Operation: Set up prefeeder, glue system, slotter heads, folding rails, counter ejector; operate conveyors.
• Quality Control: Check ink viscosity and pH; perform quality checks in the QMS system; inspect finished units.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Understand die cut diagrams and basic maintenance procedures.
• Production Efficiency: Complete quality checks and monitor load identification and stacking patterns.
