Job summary

Evo is offering a summer internship in Detroit focused on developing frontline sales skills. You'll conduct face-to-face outreach to homeowners, present service options, and own the end-to-end sales cycle with daily coaching from a full-time sales trainer.

No prior experience required; a growth mindset, coachability, and strong communication are valued. The program provides relocation assistance, equipment, and in-season incentives, running May 7 to August 11, 2027, with in-person work.
