Job summary

Evo’s summer internship in Colorado Springs offers hands-on sales training with real homeowners. You will present service options, guide households to decisions, and manage the sales process from outreach to closing. In-person program with daily coaching from a full-time trainer.

The season runs May 7 – August 11, 2027, with relocation assistance and provided equipment including an iPad and all sales tools to support your success.

Employers say the same thing every year: the skill new graduates lack most is communication.Evo’s summer internship is built to close that gap. School teaches principles and book work. We teach the part that does not fit in a lecture hall — how to open a conversation with a stranger, how to take rejection without losing momentum, and how to ask someone for a decision.
