Qualifications

• Senior leadership in program controls and EVMS.
• Expertise in earned value management and scheduling.
• Experience with integrated master scheduling and financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of the enterprise EVMS.
• Define governance, policies, and procedures for program controls.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Engineering and Contracts to align cost, schedule and performance.
• Develop WBS/OBS/RAM structures and performance measurement baselines.
• Lead EVMS readiness, internal surveillance, and customer reviews.
• Develop capabilities to sustain EVMS post-implementation.
