Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking an EVMS/financial forecasting specialist to support capex investments and quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC). You will analyze earned value metrics, coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, and Finance, and guide strategic decision-making with senior leadership. Strong presentation and MS Office skills are essential.

Experience with EVMS baselining, SAP/PRISM MRP is preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
2+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree.
Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, and other disciplines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with EVMS baselining, maintenance, and surveillance is preferred.
Experience with SAP, PRISM MRP is preferred.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently with some supervision.
Proven analytical skills.
U.S. citizenship required; security clearance not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments.
Develop, present, and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC).
Support related financial forecasting.
Analyze earned value metrics (weekly/monthly costs incurred).
Provide leading-indicator guidance to CGO leadership and Business management.
Integrate and manage large suppliers in material and manufacturing development.
Communicate with Cost Account Managers, Integrated Product Team Leads, CGO leadership, and Finance leadership.
Provide analysis, insight, and guidance to support strategic decision-making and bottom-line results.
