Job summary

Albion Rye Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Evidence Generation Manager in the United States with a strong Real-World Evidence (RWE) background. The role is Hybrid with offices across the East Coast, joining a leading life sciences consulting team.

The ideal candidate will drive evidence generation strategy, work with pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and develop evidence to inform clinical, commercial and market access decisions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in RWE strategy and evidence generation.
• Strong understanding of real-world data sources and study design.
• Experience delivering evidence generation programmes for life sciences clients.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong client-facing, project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working within a consultancy or partnering closely with pharma/biotech clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead RWE strategy and evidence generation programmes.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical/biotech clients to inform clinical, commercial and market access decisions.
• Translate complex data and evidence into clear, actionable insights for clients.
• Manage projects and stakeholder engagement across multi-client initiatives.
• Support business development and client relationship management in a consultancy setting.
