ncgCARE seeks a Full-time Evidence Based Program Manager in Charleston, SC to support MST and FFT programs administratively. You’ll collaborate with supervisors and consultants to ensure effective program delivery and overcome barriers to practice adoption.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, social work, or a related subject area.
• Independent licensure (LPC, LISW-CP, LMFT, LAC) is required.
• Valid SC driver’s license and current automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily administrative needs of the MST and FFT programs.
• Collaborate with supervisors and consultants to identify and solve program challenges.
• Monitor program goals, outcomes, funding, and required reports.
• Assist with hiring and developing staff, including supervisors and therapists.
