Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking an Everything Engineer with a Data Focus to lead modernization of a mission-critical legacy system used in international security cooperation. You will work across UI, API, database, and infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on agentic AI, CI/CD, and secure data handling.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and eligibility for a US SECRET clearance.
• 7+ years with production data systems.
• Mentors the mid deliberately.
• Strong track record with production relational data systems (schema design, migration, performance) plus real web-stack breadth.
• Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development tools.
• Travel no more than once per quarter.

Responsibilities

• The migration pipeline as a product: repeatable extract, transform, load, and validate machinery.
• Proof and reconciliation reports with country and case-level checks.
• Legacy archaeology: reading PL/SQL to surface business rules for engineers.
• The modern data platform: PostgreSQL schema design, CDC, analytics store, and outbound feeds.
