Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a seasoned Full Stack Developer to advance AI-driven transformation efforts for DoD missions. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and mission users to deliver secure, scalable applications integrating agentic AI, LLMs, and knowledge graphs.

Responsibilities include designing autonomous AI workflows, building APIs, and ensuring compliance with RMF/NIST security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5+ years as a full stack developer with government or defense program experience preferred.
• Experience delivering enterprise software to government production environments, incl. AI/ML initiatives.
• Experience on Agile teams delivering cloud-based solutions.
• Understanding of secure software development practices and RMF/NIST guidance.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-step workflows.
• Develop orchestration pipelines using modern agent frameworks.
• Integrate government-approved LLMs into enterprise apps.
• Build scalable microservices and containerized apps.
• Support secure coding practices and contribute to ATO activities.
