Job summary

You will join Young Automotive Group as an Events & Venues Sales Representative, focusing on selling unforgettable experiences from weddings to community events. This role emphasizes proactive outreach, strong relationship-building, and turning inquiries into bookings.

Work closely with the Events Team to ensure each event is set up for success, manage a full sales pipeline in our CRM, and drive repeat business through excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales or account management experience.
• Event, venue, hospitality, or catering sales is a plus.
• Strong communication and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Call, email, and follow up on inbound leads to book events and venue rentals.
• Prospect and generate new business with local companies and community partners.
• Conduct venue tours and consultations to match clients to spaces and packages.
• Build proposals, quotes, and contracts; negotiate terms and close bookings.
