Job summary

The Young Automotive Group is growing and actively hiring a Part-Time Events Intern to join the Events Team in Northern Utah. Open/flexible availability up to 40 hours per week; you will assist with setup, takedown, guest communications, and on-site support for a variety of events.

Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in Event Management, Marketing, or Hospitality with strong organization and a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from event or hospitality courses.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Clear, friendly communication — comfortable interacting with guests, vendors, and store teams.
• Ability to work independently and stay on task without close supervision.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as events require.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.

This is a great opportunity to build practical skills while working alongside our Events Team to support a variety of events throughout Northern Utah.
