Job summary

The Car Park in Spokane, WA is seeking an Entry Level Supervisor to manage event staff and ensure smooth operation of assigned events. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, adherence to SOPs, and reliable cash handling where required.

You will oversee staff, delegate tasks, train on SOPs, monitor postings, and ensure safety and customer service standards across venues. GED or high school diploma required, with 2+ years supervisory experience; competitive hourly pay and benefits

Responsibilities

• Oversee event staff and delegate tasks and locations.
• Ensure SOPs are understood and refreshed by staff.
• Handle and safeguard cash before, during, and after events as required.
• Know SOPs for event supervisors, cashiers, and parkers.
• Move and place parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs).
• Monitor parking lots and staff posts for proper operations.
• Clock in and out event employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

WHO WE NEED

This position supervises event employees with responsibility for ensuring the events operate smoothly and efficiently. This position also ensures all equipment is on-site and placed in the appropriate location to ensure adequate directions for our customers.

• Oversee event employees and ensure tasks and locations are delegated.
• Ensure that event staff under your supervision understand all SOPs pertaining to their duties and provide refresher training as necessary.
• Handle and safeguard cash before, during, and after select events, as required.
• Understand all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event supervisors, cashiers, and parkers.
• Drop, move, and pick up parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs, etc.), as required.
• Monitor parking lots and employee posts to ensure proper operations.
• Clock in, clock out event employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
