Job summary

The Car Park LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking an entry-level Supervisor to oversee event staff and ensure smooth operations at our sites.

You will manage staff, ensure SOPs, handle cash as needed, and coordinate equipment placement; the role requires independence, strong communication, and the ability to work outdoors in various weather.

• Move and place parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs).
• Monitor lots and staff posts for smooth operations.
• Clock in/out event employees.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHO WE NEED

This position supervises event employees with responsibility for ensuring the events operate smoothly and efficiently. This position also ensures all equipment is on-site and placed in the appropriate locations to ensure adequate directions for our customers.

• Oversee event employees and ensure tasks and locations are delegated.
• Ensure that event staff under your supervision understand all SOPs pertaining to their duties and provide refresher training as necessary.
• Handle and safeguard cash before, during, and after select events, as required.
• Understand all relevant standard operating procedures (SOPs) for event supervisors, cashiers, and parkers.
• Drop, move, and pick up parking equipment (cones, barricades, signs, etc.), as required.
• Monitor parking lots and employee posts to ensure proper operations.
• Clock in, clock out event employees.
• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Work with integrity and ethics; uphold organizational values
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have 2+ years supervisory experience
