The Car Park is seeking an experienced Event Supervisor to lead our on-site teams at locations in Spokane, WA. You will oversee event staff, assign tasks, and ensure all SOPs are followed to deliver smooth operations and top customer service.

You must be able to work outdoors in varying weather, maintain staff rotations, clock in/out employees, and handle cash handling as needed. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions while standing for long periods.
• Strong communication with diverse cultures and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee event staff and delegate tasks and locations.
• Ensure SOPs for event supervisors and cashiers are followed and provide refresher training.
• Handle cash before, during, and after events as required.
• Set up and move parking equipment as needed.
• Monitor parking lots and posts to ensure proper operations.
• Maintain accurate time records (clock in/out) for event employees.
