Job summary

The Car Park Group, LLC is seeking a Parking Ambassador in Asheville, NC to ensure smooth parking facility operations and exceptional customer service. You will assist customers with entry and exit, direct traffic, and help keep equipment in good working order.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, and able to stand for long periods while following directions. The role includes shift-based responsibilities and a strong commitment to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Help customers with entry/exit transactions and direct to parking areas.
• Direct traffic and count vehicles on location during shifts.
• Charge customers for parking as directed by supervisor and screen permits.
• Report accidents, incidents or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
• Position or remove barricades to manage parking spaces and safety.

Come meet us and you be the judge!WHO WE NEEDThe Parking Ambassador performs a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of a parking facility, while delivering a service that exceeds our customer/client’s expectations.
