Kaleo Marketing is seeking a reliable, hard-working event setup assistant to assemble and break down marketing tents each week in Los Angeles. The role is part-time with a flexible Thursday–Sunday schedule, and hours vary with event load-in and load-out.

A driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Responsibilities include picking up equipment, loading the van, driving to events, setting up booths as directed, taking breaks as needed, and returning gear to storage after events.

The position is part time and works primarily Thursday toSunday, andoccasionally on other days as well. We are looking for someone with ongoing flexible availability each week. Hours are set according to event load-in and load-out schedules. Therefore flexibility is important.

NOTE: It may be necessary to keep van over weekend, so having a parking space at your homeis highly desirable.
