GardaWorld Security Services in Los Angeles seeks a Concierge Security Guard – Events to provide exceptional customer service at high-profile events. You will welcome guests, verify identities, and guide attendees while maintaining strict access control across varying shifts.

The role emphasizes professional interaction with clients and a strong safety mindset. You will perform patrols, respond to incidents, coordinate with emergency teams, and contribute to a secure, guest-focused environment

Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Provide HS Diploma or GED documentation
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• Have a state security license and BSIS 32hr trainings (can be obtained during hiring)

Responsibilities

• Welcome and verify identities, and guide visitors
• Manage access control at venues
• Verify credentials, wristbands, badges, and digital crew lists
• Monitor guest flow and maintain professional customer service
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property

As a Security Events Officer – Concierge, your primary focus will be customer service. You’ll interact with people across all shifts in a variety of settings. If you’re looking to be at the heart of exciting events and provide exceptional service, this role is for you!

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard - Events Team

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Credential Verification & Access Control: Verify credentials, event wristbands, badges, and digital crew lists at venue access control points and check-in stations.
• Crowd & Access Management: Monitor guest flow, prevent bottlenecks at entry points, manage high-density event zones, and deliver professional customer service.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be at least 21 years of Age
• Be able to provide documentation of HS Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
