GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Fullerton, CA. You will focus on delivering exceptional customer service while managing access and guiding visitors in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The role requires verifying identities, patrolling for risks, and coordinating with emergency teams as needed. A BSIS Guard Card with 32 hours of training is preferred, along with a HS diploma and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BSIS Guard Card with 32hr BSIS security trainings preferred (additional trainings can be obtained during hiring).
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior Security/Military/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Control access to facilities and monitor entrances.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and coordinate maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid; coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer inquiries in person or by phone.
• Document incidents through reports and communicate concerns.
• Protect people and property at client sites.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Fullerton, CA
• Set schedule: 32 hours per week
• 1st Shift: Saturday - Sunday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Monday - Tuesday, 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Must have a current Driver's License
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
