Summit Events is expanding its Charlotte team and looking for Marketing & Promotions Associates to support our growing client campaigns. If you're interested in marketing, enjoy interacting with people, and want an opportunity to learn through hands-on experience, we'd love to hear from you.

This is an entry-level, customer-facing role with full training provided.

A Typical Day at Summit

You'll work alongside your team at live promotional campaigns, retail locations, and events throughout the Charlotte area. Your focus will be on creating positive interactions, communicating client messages, and helping interested individuals take the next step.

Your day will involve:

• Representing clients professionally through face-to-face marketing
• Introducing products, services, and campaign information to potential customers
• Answering questions and assisting with customer sign-ups
• Working toward daily targets and contributing to team results
• Sharing ideas and applying feedback to improve campaign performance
