Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in event planning and execution.
• Experience in real estate industry or related markets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong project management with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of event planning software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement an all-inclusive event programming strategy aligned with brand.
• Provide guidance to ensure events are executed to a high standard.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and editorial teams to determine topics and themes.
• Identify and secure speakers for panels, keynotes, and video appearances.
• Research speakers via interviews, events, and industry publications.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, sponsors, and partners.
