• 0-1 years of event coordinating or technical experience.
• 0-1 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing event logistics for assigned events or conferences.
• Learn tradeshow event processes and the behind-the-scenes steps required to execute events.
• Provide support in technology preparation for exhibits, including firmware updates and baseline product configurations.
• Prepare and maintain event materials related to assigned events.
• Organize event feedback and suggestions for future improvements.
• Coordinate event registration and show services for seamless staff experience.
