Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking an Events Operational Intake Specialist in Philadelphia to manage event intake, logistics, and ROI reporting. The role involves coordinating with staff, clients, and vendors to define event requirements, while leveraging MS Office and SharePoint to build dashboards and analytics.

The position is hybrid, with three days per week in the office, and offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a law firm or corporate environment.
• Technically adept with MS Office & SharePoint to generate dashboards and reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the event intake process and mailbox.
• Utilize Microsoft suite to generate dashboards and reports.
• Coordinate with internal staff, clients, and vendors to establish event requirements.
