Responsibilities

• Manage on-site collateral and event materials across markets to ensure consistency.
• Coordinate with brand staff, marketing, and digital teams for timely event website updates.
• Review and coordinate honoree nomination and sponsor details to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Support centralized event operations and follow established processes across BridgeTower Media’s events.
