Job summary

Walters Wedding Estates is seeking an events staffing supervisor to assist with hiring, training, and supervising banquet staff at The Milestone Aubrey Mansion, The Morgan Creek Barn, and Monroe Pearson. You will manage scheduling, ensure clock-in/out compliance, and uphold service standards during events.

You will lead setup, breakdown, and back-of-house operations while ensuring safety and cleanliness. This role requires flexibility for weekends, holidays, and late shifts at the Aubrey venue

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.
• College degree or applicable work history; Texas TABC and Food Handlers licenses required.
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs and stand/walk 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring and training banquet employees.
• Ensure staff clock-in/out procedures.
• Schedule hourly staff for events and maintain staffing levels.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to help achieve 5-star reviews.
• Lead setup and breakdown of event spaces per BEO.
• Maintain venue cleanliness before and after events.
• Oversee food & beverage and back-of-house operations during events.
• Enforce company standards, policies, and procedures.
