Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Texas and New Mexico is seeking an Operations & Administration Project Lead to plan and manage travel shows, member experience events, and vendor activations across two states. The role requires frequent travel, weekend availability, and the ability to coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to deliver high-quality events and strong member engagement.

You will maintain planning trackers, assist with budgeting, and support post-event reporting while thriving

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years in event coordination or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with event registration platforms or CRM is a plus.
• Willingness to travel frequently across TX and NM.
• Ability to lift and transport event materials.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute travel shows and branch events across TX and NM.
• Manage logistics including venue, registrations, layouts, staffing, and teardown.
• Support onsite operations to ensure high-quality member experiences.
• Travel regularly and work evenings/weekends as needed.
• Maintain event calendars and post-event reporting.
• Coordinate and align with vendors, hotels, and internal teams.
