Job summary

The Trevor Project is seeking a detail-oriented events operations professional to own end-to-end logistics for donor events and community activations in the United States. You will support the Advancement team by handling contracts, venues, catering, AV, and guest communications to allow fundraisers to deepen donor relationships.

Requirements include proven event management experience and proficiency with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace, plus strong project management and communication

• Demonstrated experience managing events from concept to execution.
• Proficiency in Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end logistics and project management for donor events and community activations.
• Serve as operational backbone for the Advancement team, freeing fundraisers to focus on relationships.
• Manage vendor contracts, venue coordination, catering, and AV from contracting to close.
• Develop run-of-show documents, production schedules, and budget trackers.
• Coordinate RSVPs, guest communications, and attendee management.
