Job summary

Wyndham Grand Jupiter seeks an Events & Meeting Manager to lead the Events, Sales, Catering and Marketing teams. You will manage group pre-arrival processes, rooming lists, and site preparations while driving revenue through room block upsell and attrition monitoring.

You will act as the hotel’s Lead Catcher, ensuring prompt follow-up on inquiries and effective lead management in Delphi, with emphasis on delivering an exceptional client and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team development experience.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.
• Experience with sales, revenue management or hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead group rooming lists from contract through arrival and departure.
• Upsell premium room categories and suites to maximize occupancy.
• Prepare and distribute group reports and ensure accuracy of group files.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person to generate leads and close contracts.
• Maintain leads and activity in Delphi and produce pipeline reports.
