Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team. You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows across the state.

Base pay starts at $15 per hour with additional commission on demos ($40 per demo) and mileage/travel reimbursement. Overnight hotel accommodations/per diem available for travel outside your market, paid training, and strong growth opportunities with a family-owned Florida company

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills.
• Positive attitude and a team player mindset.
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work Weekdays and/or weekends.
• Reliable transportation to event locations.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Overnight hotel accommodations/per diem for travel outside of your market.

Job description

$15 per hour and up based on experience, $40 per demo (from lead or appointment), .67 per mile reimbursement mileage.

Available forall shifts, includingweekdays, weekends, daytime, and evening hours.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.
