Job summary

Florida Window and Door is seeking outgoing, motivated individuals to join our event marketing sales team. This role involves traveling to fairs and local expos to showcase our high performance windows and doors, engaging homeowners, and driving interest at events across Florida.

We offer a base pay of $15+ per hour, plus $40 per demo from lead or appointment, plus mileage reimbursement. Weekend shifts are required, paid training, and growth opportunities within a long‑standing Florida company.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and people skills required.
• Sales-minded and/or experience in lead generation/appointment writing.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Must be available to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows to promote our windows and doors.
• Engage homeowners, generate interest, and support lead generation at events across Florida.
• Collaborate with the team and participate in weekend event schedules.

You will represent our brand at fairs, festivals, home shows, local expos and trade shows, retail and big box stores; promoting our industry-leading category 5 high impact resistant windows and doors to homeowners across the state of Florida.

• Reliable transportation to event locations
• Bilingual a plus.
